forward us the credit account application form, we shall then
forward you the code number . Having received the code number , you
are free to order through credit ordering system. All of our
Special made RX prescription lens and urgent stock lens which will
be produced and delivered to you 24 - 48 hours.

STEPS FOR INDEPENDENT
PRACTITIONERS
Step 1: order the package frames
from the optical laboratory of
Express Eye Care Pty Ltd and
display them in your practice.(You
need to apply for credit account
if you have not account with us)
Step 2: guide your patients to
select the package frame and
lens accordingly.
Step 3: fill up the ordering
form, indicating both the lens
type chose upon above table and
the frame details (color and
number showed on dummy lens).
Step 4: Fax or e-mail your order
to our laboratory.
Step 5: You will receive the
completed spectacles from 1 to 5
